Are vehicles fully insured?

Yes. The truck is the primary insurer with a $1 million insurance policy. Each auto is fully insured up to market value.

How are cars transported?

Cars are loaded on double-decker new car carriers, the kind you see on the freeways transporting new cars. They are carried, not driven.

How long does it take?

Anywhere from ten days to two weeks for a coast to coast delivery. Due to weather, traffic and other circumstances beyond our control, transport companies can only give estimated times of arrival.

How much notice do I need to give?

A couple of days notice is usually all we need but additional notice always helps us execute a timely move.

Will you contact me before pick up and delivery?

Yes. Our drivers will contact you 24 hours prior to pick up and 24 hours prior to delivery.

Is your company licensed?

Yes. We are I.C.C. Licensed and Bonded Broker. Our I.C.C. # is 325231. We are also registered with the Federal Highway Administration.
